MODERATORS
It's because someone gave out apples and nickles next door and got pissed because every kid walked away going "awww, man..."
Also entirely possible, someone's a cheap racist, classist prick and doesn't want kids from "other neighborhoods" incentivized to come to their part of town,
I 100% guarantee you it's the latter.
Based on the wording I’m guessing it’s a gated community.

Makes me think it's a "gated" community of McMansions
