Nah, people just come by one hour at a time and blast their favorite Playlist.
Why?
Just have a public jukebox and people can pick songs that are played out into headphones around the offender.

If they were still conscious, I'd recommend 300 plays of Black Lace's "Agadoo".
I listen to Scottish bagpipes voluntarily. I would love to help others discover how wonderful the genre is. Holding them in the stockade until Stockholm Syndrome kicks in will help make converts.
It's precisely what this genre needs for a revival especially since it was banned in the Geneva convention for wartime use.
