Buildout and taxation would surely fix this. Everyone is doing everything else rather than building housing....sigh
the solution is not just building, that solution takes time and people need a house today, also there is little availability of that for places where space is limited (Canary Islands). expropiation is the solution.
hundred of thousands of housed are kept empty in the Canary Islands alone and has been denounced since years ago.
