Considering the above type of accusations and the fact that the US and Russia are funding the European far right, spreading disinformation and disrupting supply chains. Europe is already at some form of hybrid war with the US.
Russia is running hybrid operations in Europe for at least a decade now, the only thing to create a hot war with the EU is a pullback from NATO by the US. The Trump regime has been signaling such a move for a long time.
A hot war with the US is unlikely, but we have to assume they are an adversary non the less.
