B6 can cause nerve damage long term. Taurine is just a part of bile, it is an amino acid that is in basically all meat. You aren't going to get enough of it from energy drinks to swing the needle one way or the other. They also have sugar or sugar alcohols that can fuck with blood glucose in all kinds of fun ways. Coffee, on its own, is basically just caffeine and water, it is going to be healthier than most other drinks categorically.
