A place to post memes & images that won't absolutely obliterate your mental health! Memes must not stray into hopelessness and be generally positive or neutral.
I made this with my kid in mind, so that they can have a good, safe place to look at memes, just made to make folks laugh and smile!
Only goofs & silliness. (:
One year, I think I was around 12, I told my family that I thought maybe I was too old to trick-or-treat so I would figure something else out. They were effusive about how wrong I was and unanimously told me absolutely not, I was still a kid and 100% I had to go trick-or-treating.
The next year I assumed I was still young enough, since they were so insistent the last time, so I told them I planned on going again. They all gave me worried looks and said I was clearly too old.
I don’t remember what age it was, but there is an exact age that people find acceptable, apparently. I’m tempted to go out now, many years later, just out of spite.
Do it. You can grab a handful from my bowl.
Thats always been my question for the childless adults. We should be able to dress and walk around maybe an hour after dark to different houses and if there's q party stay for a drink
In Des Moines, Iowa trick or treaters go out on Beggar's Night so adults can have their own parties on Halloween 🧡🖤🧡
Some neighborhoods do that!
If you can drive you're on the too old side. Even then if you show up towards the end you might end up with whatever is left in the candy bowl.
The only people who think you're too old to trick are treat are prudes and assholes.
If you show up at my house in a costume, you're getting candy. My partner and I are in our 40s and Halloween is our favourite time of the year.
