Everyone in my neighborhood always has sooo much candy that they just want to give it away to anyone. The kids in my neighborhood go to the rich neighborhoods just a little farther south. Is 13 and 15 too old to trick or treat?
There's no such thing as being too old to trick or treat. If you are in a costume and you are out to have fun and not be an asshole, you get candy.
Definitely not. As long as you have a costume, you qualify for tricky'treating.
