I still have 6 months on my subscription - if I cancel I can keep using it until that time is up while I decide on a replacement?
Yes. I cancelled almost 2 years ago hoping they would improve by the time it was up but now I only have a month left to sort a new service 😭
I got a pro rata refund, but I had to ask for it
