Earlier this year I found out you're supposed to run the sink water until it's hot, then start your dishwasher. Also sprinkle in some powder detergent inside the door, especially if there is a tray for PreWash detergent.

I haven't watch any videos about dishwashers ever since I don't own one but I'm 100% sure we're talking about Technology Connections.
