The venn diagram of people who buy small dogs and the people who can't be bothered to train them is a circle.
yeah, sadly people pretty much only buy small dogs because they don't have to train them to make sure they don't kill people, since they're too small to do much damage..
Like people think chihuahuas are just inherently neurotic, but no it's just that no one fucking trains a chihuahua and just treats it like a decoration.
