Would "c/NFL" be the equivalent or is it "!NFL"?

I see both being used.

I know that you use !NFL or !NFL@lemmy.nl !nfl@lemmy.ml to search and/or link

The link contains the c/nfl part but I don’t know if using c/nfl does anything
