Yeah, our insurer said our vehicle isn't totalled and can be repaired. They'll also pay for long haul from SI to NI. Still a bit annoying process, I have to keep calling for updates, they aren't very quick. We have plans with the vehicle so hopefully fixed soon.

Does the insurance cover a rental while waiting on repairs?

No, it's an addon we didn't have for this vehicle.
