Can I block a federated instance? (beehaw.org)

If I as a user don't want to interact with or amplify an instance - such as lemmy.ml - for whatever reason

Is there a way to do so? I've been blocking individual communities on Lemmy.ml to avoid amplifying that instance. But more pop up. Is there any way for me as a user to block an entire instance?

The people who run it are genocide denying North Korea tankies who remove content critical of China.

This is not a rumor, just look at their accounts.
