If you replace the "x" at their site with xcancel (so it beomes xcancel.com), and you're not on mobile, it will save video. https://web.archive.org/save is another great option. Archive.is is no longer recommended because they remove/alter content.
If a tweet (or similar) makes a statement of fact, either mark it as "satire" in the body or provide the original source link backing up the statement

Yeah they should, but they rarely have the time to do that

All the beds occupied means shit is going down in an all hands way and that means updating people on the time table they're being admitted within is a very low priority

That sounds like the sort of problem you get when your country's health care system is both expensive and can't afford to pay nurses properly.
