$16M/yr seems like low end starter money these days. That seems mostly appropriate for him, although it still seems like Detroit has a few too many bigs (Stewart, Duren, Wiseman, Bagley) and I think Duren looks more promising as a 5, and I don't know if I really see Stewart as a 4 to pair with him.
I agree, Duren had some terrific stretches last season and surely has a higher ceiling, but whatever, it's not my money ๐ Maybe it's more indicative of their lack of faith in the other two players you mentioned lol
