From my reading, they seem less full throated than previous. Do you think this signals a cooling? Or just the candidates playing it coy? Do you think it will it matter in the primaries?

The only real primary threat (DeSantis) says he supports him. I think they are just being coy.

I basically agree but as the article notes, DeSantis was much more aggressive on the last indictment.

Like someone else said, I think they're trying to have it both ways.
