Thanks for the recommendation, but let me ask you something, since I've never watched any of these shows. Why would anyone want to watch them? What's something generic between them that make them "special"? I guess I avoided these shows because I kinda hate corporate culture and usually dislike geek stuff by TV writers, except that Community show. Is there something for me?
There's literally no way we can answer this, we don't know your tastes or what you like. Why would anyone want to watch them? Because we like them, simple as that. Your tastes are not everyone's tastes.
If you don't like something, cool, move on. Don't sit there and think that others are wrong for liking it though.
If you want to try it, then try it. Otherwise, move along.
I think he's more pointing out that the dissimilarity between the two shows makes the comparison meaningless and brings up more questions than anything.
It's like saying "If you like mangos and books about sailing, then you NEED to check out this anime about chess!"
I'm not telling you my tastes because I want to know what other people like about these shows. Don't even know why you assume I don't like them. Here's an idea, if you don't like my questions, move on and save yourself the hassle.
It’s always sunny is a comedy about a group of inept people running a bar in Philadelphia. It’s pretty witty and subversive. Also the actors are the show runners so it doesn’t have the corporate feel. I didn’t know anything about the other ones.
Sounds good. That bit about the actors being the showrunners could be controversial but pikes my interest. I'll try it, thanks.
