I've got a food question if someone can help:

Yesterday I took a couple of chicken breasts that were going to expire last night and cut them into little pieces and wrapped each piece in glad wrap.

I put all the pieces in a microwave safe container and in the freezer.

What's the best way to thaw them now? They are for the cat and I want to make sure she doesn't get sick.

Take out what you need and put it on a plate and put that in the fridge. You can put paper towel on the plate to catch any juices.

Legend! Thanks so much. I was wasting so much food before.
