I struggle to get shit done too, but it gets done, checkmate naurospicies! :p
The thing is, if you would have done the 2 hours of work immediately, and within 2 hours, you would just be bringing attention to the fact that you only needed 2 hours and you will get more work assigned to you with no benefit whatsoever.
Now they think it actually takes a week, and you've properly set their expectations to 2 hours of work per week.
Me: Fuck you past me! Always leaving me to clean up your mess!
Better than my asshole roommate who constantly leaves his clothes on the floor and dishes unwashed in the sink.
