Training, gym sessions are the most anticipated part of the day and will keep me going until the next session.

Draining and every second tought is "when will it end"?.

Though on a positive note, anxiety around it has reduced over the years, it has just become more annoying chore

This, but with machines.

Humans are draining and there isn't much positive coming from them, so overall rather negative.

Animals are neutral, though need upkeep which cant be ignored, so maybe slightly leaning towards overall negative even.

Machines on the other hand, those serve a purpose, even though those do need maintenance and prayer, generally the purpose those serve is simple and useful enough to be worth the effort of dealing with those, in addition nothing happens if those are forgotten for a while.

Good luck, we're going to be here a while then.

She does have a point. We should replace our weak and ugly flesh with strong steel and blessed machine.

Newton's first law of motion. Body in motion remains in motion
So cant get stuck if i never sit down, keep on moving. Start in the morning and drop dead in the evening, never sit down too long in the meanwhile.

Though yeah probably not that helpful in getting into motion again once stuck. Body in rest remains at rest

Warning: not the healthiest approach
