Performance of compiled Rust and compiled C are comparable. Of course, compiling Rust is slower though.
Depends on where you live. Sunhats are pretty normal around the world. Other types of men's headwear are commonplace in specific countries, and some religions have religious men's headwear.
No.
Just put it back into your dirty laundry basket and wash it the next time you do a load. It's just a sock.
Communism.
No servant under you and no boss overhead.

Honestly most home cooking is not very hard. You do need to be taught a few basic concepts, like how to chop vegetables, what different cooking methods like frying/sautéing/baking/roasting/etc refer to, but once you have the basic concepts down, you can do the majority of recipes you find online.
For learning the basics, there are quite a few cookbooks aimed at complete beginners. I was staying with a friend and rifling through her cookbooks—she had one aimed at students that spent time explaining all the basic cooking concepts at the start of the book before you get to the recipes.
Where the skill comes in is stopping following recipes and being able to come up with a dish that tastes good. It takes a while to learn good flavour combinations, when's the right time to add an ingredient, how exactly to cook each ingredient, etc. But I would say a beginner can follow the majority of recipes I see shared around online. Just look for recipes that sound like something you actually want to eat. Read the instructions to check they don't sound too hard, and then go for it. Good luck, and enjoy your cooking journey!
Until it is entirely unusable. My last phone I had for years after it stopped being supported, it would hardly charge, the screen was totally shattered, and I was still using it up until it bricked itself. I'll probably see if I can convert my current GOS phone into a Linux phone after GOS stops supporting it, for security reasons to use a supported OS, but I want to minimise my contribution to e-waste.
That's a pretty misleading headline. The news article is about a cool art installation, in which an artist has used a deceased composer's DNA to produce electrical signals that are interpreted as music. Still cool, but it's not "composing music" in the same sense as the alive musician was composing music.
Jerk your buddy off for him since he can't do that right now

Dollars are worth a disproportionate amount compared to currencies in the global south. "Little to no money" in the US is a decent amount of money in other parts of the world. If you're trying to leave the US rather than enter it, you're at the relative advantage to most immigrants.
As for more specific advice, it really depends on where you want to move to. If you are a US citizen, your passport will take you almost anywhere in the world.
