There is not much context. It's dialogue from Deltarune when our main character Kris looks into a mirror. It could be interpreted in different ways as MC is non-binary, uses they/them pronouns and is a prison cage for us the player. It could be simple typical weird phrasing of Tobyfox, Kris' discomfort with their body both regarding gender identity, and losing agency over their own life because of us as a mere puppet.

If "still what" is men then they are no longer one of men, which then doesn't make sense for me why she would be confused about them having boobs.

If "still what" is trans then it made sense as in: You're still trans? Nah, I've decided the label is not for me.
