This is a question I pondered after a post here about how the new director of AARO is keeping up the same narrative. It was odd, however, since he specifically used the term “non-earth intelligence”, and I know that other officials have steered clear of the specific term “non-human intelligence”. Is there a clear definitive interview or excerpt where they say “non-human” specifically? Instead of “ET”, “not of this world”, “alien”, etc.?
