Since Matthew Pines discussed upcoming UAP revelations in the [What Bitcoin Did podcast], it got me thinking about recent claims and presentations by figures like David Grusch and others. Last year, there were reports of Grusch presenting to big fund managers and tech executives—people not typically interested in UAPs. Why try to deceive a community that doesn’t believe in this phenomena. Why is that?

How could someone like Luis Elizondo, brake directly into the mainstream with The New York Times and 60 Minutes in 2017, and then get a CBS Mornings interview after publishing his book. And continue to echo similar points as Grusch, and why do they receive such visibility?

This brings me to my theory: what if this is all part of a controlled disclosure operation? Grusch and Elizondo might be integral to this, tasked with spreading specific information. However, the question arises: how can they be part of an intelligence community operation yet be opposed by the same community?

Elizondo hinted at an answer: the "Collins Elite." This group, reportedly with deeply religious views, sees non-human intelligences (NHIs) as demonic, potentially placing them at odds with another faction within the intelligence community—what we might call "The Truth Revealers" (TTR). If this internal war is real, Jim Semivan and John Ramirez could be the most reliable sources of genuine information, given their outlandish but intriguing claims:

  • They will reveal themselves in 2027.
  • Reptilians are living among us.
  • Humanity was genetically engineered by them.

If we entertain this logic, what other claims from Semivan and Ramirez have we dismissed that might warrant reconsideration?
