Some Florida school districts are rolling back a more comprehensive approach to sex education in favor of abstinence-focused lessons under pressure from state officials who have labeled certain instruction on contraception, anatomy and consent as inappropriate for students.
He is pissed about abstinence but happy they won't know what consent is.

Why are these fucks so obsessed with what goes on other people's bedrooms?
It's one of the tactics of fascism, to get heavily involved in sex. Regulating it, controlling it, and using the overlap with shame to control people. There's tonnes written on the subject and it's fascinating, but also terrifying.
The less educated people are about sex and gender (and everything else, of course) the easier they are to manipulate not only in to getting (E: and constantly being) pregnant and producing more worker drones, and hating anyone who doesn't fit in to the false binary and gender roles they're taught, but also in to abusive relationships, which is the only kind of relationship these people are capable of.
Bedrooms, classrooms, bathrooms, doctors' offices, delivery rooms, the list goes on and on. But ask these fucks to take a stand on gun control, hate speech, or climate change...no, no. That's freedom.
I know it's frowned upon to refer to people as Nazis, so I would never do that. But, from my perspective, I struggle to define them as anything but a bunch of fucking Nazis.

Abstinence is easy when you're a vile sack of hate like you, Ron. Teens however consist of two thirds of hormones and some emotions they don't understand (neither do I to be honest). They'll find out the anatomy part by themselves over time.
They know that. The purpose of this bullshit is to make kids feel guilty about their bodies and to produce unwanted pregnancies in poor people. All to make people easier to control.

You didn't need to understand how sex and gender work to find out where the babies come out. I don't expect them to get a PhD in biology, but they'll figure out the basics.

It is not a good idea at all. It's also very eugenicsy and racist etc as it would invariably lead to marginalised groups being disenfranchised and prevented from voting due to systemic inequalities.
That's the problem. Education is the way out otherwise it's a race to the bottom as people like him will be voting for all this stupid crap.
Right and how do you ensure people are educated in a way that works for the entire population in a system like it exists currently? Who controls access to accurate information and equal opportunities to learn?
Unless you personally are going to start lobbying, funding public education that isn't biased, help lift folks out of poverty, etc etc then sadly this kind of 'plan' is doomed to fail from the start.
I get the despair and desire to cling to ideas like this, but the system is stacked against your ideas and the people who need help the most in order to fully understand and interact with a system like this.
In order to achieve the best outcome all these systems need to be done away with, and in order to do that you need to build dual power, subvert existing power structures and stop seeing anybody but fascists and those in power as the enemy.
Most people are just struggling to get by day to day and your energy and anger would be better put into helping them directly or in groups who hold true love and care in their hearts and actions than preventing them from voting or saying they need to be 'educated' without explaining how or what that means.
