Hi folks,

I've already cleared this with the mod team with respect to Rule 5, but I wanted to share this document with this community. I shared this in a comment the other day and it seemed people valued it, so I wanted to share it here more broadly. I run a company called Authentik Consulting and Training, and we research disruption to help leaders prepare for and make the most of big changes. We've been tracking a bunch of different disruptors, but the UAP issue is shaping up to be the biggest one in human history.

We also know this is a difficult topic to wrap one's head around - as soon as a person tries to do some research into this issue, they are pulled into stories of black pyramids in Alaska or monoliths on the Moon - a whole bunch of stuff that to an average person is so far beyond "typical", that it makes it really hard to parse out the useful info.

So, we created this free resource: UAPs: A Briefing Note for Average People. It's exactly what the title suggests - an easy-to-read, just-the-facts approach to this issue that helps people understand why they should be paying attention and taking this seriously. It's well cited with direct links to a bunch of accessible primary sources (and I'm happy to add more if folks have suggestions).

If folks find this resource useful, please do feel free to share it - with Thanksgiving coming up for folks in the USA, it can be helpful to frame the discussion with family and friends, and we firmly believe that connection with each other, seeking mutual understanding and recognizing we're all in this together is the thing that's going to get us through it. We sincerely hope this resource helps a little bit with that.

Thanks for checking this out!
