Come on Act, what happened to removing regulation and letting the market sort it out?

And at the same time they want to let builders opt out of building consents.

Who reads this stuff and actually wants to vote for them?

As someone who works in the building industry, this is absolute stupidity. We have all these rules for a reason, and if you relax them, you get things like the leaky homes scandal.

Yeah I'm done. I voted for Act in 2014 or 2015, whichever it was, but never again. I think I'll completely give up on Parliamentary politics and political parties.
