Indeed, it is poison. I always thought the alcohol used to kill bacteria etc was a different type of alcohol as we wouldn't drink that kind of stuff, right? How stupid of me...

Happy Tuesday! Thank you to everyone here for the positive encouragement, I'm really enjoying this community so far. No poisonous alcohol for me today, no good will come from choosing to bring toxic disrupters into my body. We can do this!
