I would think "if you have a Y chromosome, you're male" would be a better definition to fit what they're trying to do

There's like a not insignificant 1% of people who are intersex where looking at chromosomes can get tricky.

Maybe I'm blazed off my rocker, but isn't that an approximate definition you'd get from a biology prof. if they're in a hurry? I swear I heard something like that in one genetics class many moons ago. (I know the actual quote is probably wrong, but the rest is meh ok yeah sure.)
The problem with this definition is that sex differentiation is determined by many genes, and the genetic makeup at conception is not always indicative of what primary and secondary sexual characteristics will develop. This is purely with regards to biological sex, and we're not even talking about a person's gender here.

They believe that anyone can claim they're a woman now and that's it. And once it's done they can just walk into women's bathrooms. They're just telling on themselves, projecting on trans people. They're just sex obsessed freaks, all of them.

I've said that if I was wealthy, I would force legislation that was trans friendly by (as a cis woman) going into women's bathrooms in Congress, standing on toilets, and staring at women.
Women's bathrooms don't have urinals! There's no reason for anyone to be afraid of anyone seeing anything in there, unless they stand on toilets, and Im fully of the opinion that the gender of the person doing that has nothing to do with how creepy it is!!
Maybe if you're actually worried, all bathrooms should be, I dunno, gender neutral with full doors that close all the way? For maximum safety?
And I believe nothing can get that point across quite like demonstrating that I, as an almost middle aged, fat woman who looks like I could safely run for a Rwpublican seat, standing on toilets and staring at people.

They made a bathroom at my university that’s gender neutral with stalls that are fully ceiling to floor with no gaps in the door.

I guess the nicest thing I could say about this is that I'm glad that if they're going to be evil, at least they're bad at it.

Actually, he's the first agender president. Embryos don't produce any gametes at conception. The idea that embryos are all female is a myth spread by people who don't believe in nonbinary sex.
They would be the better pronoun in this instance then.

I recommend everyone visit the DMV as soon as possible to change their license. It's an order from the commander in chief.
Now that I think of it: every DMV should be only be able to issue licenses with a female designation. Facts and law suites don't care about your feelings, snow flakes.

I'm no biologist, but I'm pretty sure nobody produces gametes at conception. If you want to be pedantic, oocytes form before birth, but actual sperm and eggs don't show up till puberty (feel free to correct me).
Now, I would LOVE if we don't assign gender till puberty, but I still don't like the method.
i've always thought the egg cells were produced before birth and at puberty they just start being released
and i agree about not assigning gender until puberty. kids before puberty barely even show any sexual dimorphism anyway. though i have to say there would need to be A LOT of educating people about sex and gender before we get there

Holy shit. Surely those who drafted this realize the importance of wording in legal documents. What an egregious error.
Why would you think that? These lines were written by fascists to appeal to morons. Proper wording only matters for those of us that live in reality.
Honestly, a part of me is wondering if this is a case of malicious compliance. Like, did one of these evil motherfuckers offload the task of drafting this onto someone with a human soul?
