The implication is that the Jewish Conspiracy is feeding it the white populous to make them unhealthy and easy to control. The fact it is a green text and calls it a "slip up" might refer to failing to publicly hide their "power level" which is basically a measure of their racism. Gross stuff.

In alt right memelord places, it's more about the mass produced, low quality bullshit that gets peddled (by the global Jewish cabal) to the common man (Non Jewish people) to get them addicted.
