Just deregulate the eggs! No inoculations, no inspections.
If regular Joe anti-vaxxer wants to guzzle 6 blended raw eggs for breakfast well then I say let ‘em have it!
Hell, they gargle fElon and donvict's balls daily, so they should have no issue with a little bird flu. They can mutter meaningless slogans to themselves as they do it - like "freedom ain't free"!
Sorry, the FTC no longer exists.
Step 1: Ignore the problem.
Step 2: Create another problem so it seems like it's not your fault and then "solve" it.
Step 3: Mission accomplished.
Not saying that price gouging doesn't exist and I'm sure some places are fully taking advantage of the situation. I'm just saying that bird flu isn't gonna just disappear because you wanna pretend it doesn't exist.
I don't know; the level of delusion is very, very high. As others have pointed out, the birds that have the flu are not going to last long, but we already saw that crazy spokescreature flapping her face about farms culling birds as if it was Biden's personal kink being done to annoy good 'Mericans or something.
I could easily see them acting as if it's not a problem by letting them sell tainted eggs from birds dying of bird flu - maybe even insisting on it, given how crazy these people are. And at least some of the stupid base will probably insist on being able to buy them, too. These are the people that think RFK jr is great, the same people that went Full Karen over masks, social distancing and the Covid vaccine. These are the same idiots that argued that people were only dying "with Covid", not fucking FROM COVID. The kind of people that cheered on monsters like DeSantis yelling at kids for wearing masks.
Idk he's got that sharpie...
I'm sure they are, but don't you dare ask why bird flu is such a problem in the first place.
Funny thing I noticed today when I did some grocery shopping.
For most of my life I've always just purchased store brand large eggs. I've never really looked at the price, I need eggs and they're cheap, but of course I took notice today that my usual eggs are now something like $5.49/dozen.
Then I look next to them to the fancier organic cage-free eggs and they're 4.99/dozen.
Almost like if you don't keep thousands of chickens crammed together in cages they're less likely to pass bird flu around.
He won't because that requires him admitting that bird flu exists in the first place
Priorities
Bird flu. So profitable.
