Except this isn't an American thing. The whole world is slowly sliding to fascism. For fucks sake Germany is on route to elect fucking Nazis again. Haven't seen how their elections ended but it wasn't looking good.
America spearheaded this idiocy with Trump's first election. Hopefully now that it's well beyond the point of fucking us we'll now at least be an example of what not to do.
Pretty sure that Britain got on its Brexit bullshit before Trump was elected.

To be fair the Nazis are projected to get around 20% of votes in the election (which will happen next Sunday). And as I see it, it still is unlikely (not impossible though) they would be part of a government. Yeah this is bad, but a long shot from an active fascist coup like in the US.

By repeatedly calling for arrests he’s trying to normalise this rhetoric as part of his position.
Keep reminding everyone he’s an unelected civilian with Trump on a very short leash calling for arrests of private citizens. This is never normal and is just as reprehensible the 100th time as the first time.
