First off, allegedly killed him. He hasn't been convicted yet and saying he did it right off the bat is pretty messed up. Innocent until proven guilty. And secondly, it's pretty telling that their answer was to hide instead of actually treating people like people.

This is what I noticed too, Business insiders legal language is fucked in this article.

Even the authorities are making improper statements of presumed guilt. No fair trial is even possible at this point. It this isn't grounds for immediate dismissal I don't know what is.

Sounds like he helped the economy by creating more jobs.

Ohhhh the money only trickles down if they're afraid. Makes sense.

Just think of all the jobs they'll create to clean up the puddles that trickle down their legs!

Health insurance execs responsible for the destruction of so many lives fear for their own?

Sounds like society starting to heal.

Let's not count our chickens before they hatch. Need to see a few more eat it along with their bootlicking mercs before we hit that point.

The real terrorists are every politician that enables these scumbag insurers. If they're going to act like terrorists, then they should be treated like those they claim are terrorists.

BNL reference in the wild. Not what I expected to read.

No one even skin the article? This is the prosecution trying to make the terrorism charge stick. Any prosecutor worth his salt, and morally lacking enough to take the case, would of course try to show that Mangione's actions caused terror. (Don't come at me with "alleged", this is the prosecution talking.)

I should also note that the reason they're going for the terrorism charge is that's the only way, in this case, to call for the death penalty in New York State.
