Right now, I’m playing the early access version of Baldurs Gate 3. I’m getting ready to put it down (frustrated: BG3 has the potential to be good, but without controller support, I’m getting really frustrated with the UI. ) and switch to Yakuza Like a Dragon.

What are you playing now and what are you looking forward to playing next?

Q1 decker here. Got mine back in April last year. Right now I'm playing the Crash Bandicaoot N. Sane trilogy, but I often use it for emulation. I finished Zelda Twilight Princess and Ori WotW a few weeks ago. Not sure what I'll play next. Whatever I fancy when I finish Crash (for the 3rd time).

I've been enjoying me some Assassin's Creed and Doom on my Deck. It's not the best experience, but definitely serviceable to kill some time when not on my PC.

I'm playing a bunch of games - Inscryption, Hogwarts Legacy and Horizon Zero Dawn. I keep switching between them based on my mood.

Project Warlock and Dead Cells at the moment. Chained Echoes as mentioned is great on deck also. Gonna give Dragon's Dogma a go in anticipation of 2.

Just started Monster Hunter Rise. Played it on switch, wanted to get through sunbreak on the deck.

I have been playing Frostpunk for the last couple of weeks. I'm into city-builders/micromanaging games, so it works for me. I finished two scenarios so far; three more to go.

I've been using my steam deck mostly for older stuff that I bought and never got around to playing, like Hades and Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen.

Render96 the PC port of SM64 works amazing on it and only takes up 6W TDP, even with all the mental stuff going on when you enable chaos mode in the cheats.

Trying to work through my backlog. I've just started A Hat In Time and enjoying it so far.

I just finished Yakuza like a dragon on my deck. Some of the most fun I've had with a game in a long time.

I recommend checking out emudeck if you haven't. I've been using its emulators to replay a lot of old Pokemon games as well as some pokemon rom hacks. You can even run pokemon infinite fusions if you add it to steam from desktop and enable compatibility mode.

Other recommendations: Carrion - You are a mass of flesh and must consume.

Hollow Knight - One of my favorite games and my favorite metroidvania.

Lunacid - First person souls like game that hits a nostalgic spot.

A Hat in Time - Plays like a 3d Mario game.

Pizza Tower - Sonic meets a Wario game. Everything looks like it's drawn in MS Paint.

I'm mostly distracted away from my Steam Deck by Tears of the Kingdom right now. One thing I love about the Steam Deck is the controls—I'm an avid Steam Controller user, as well. Because of that, I actually like playing stuff "more suited" to my desktop, thanks to the Steam Deck's superior controls. Elden Ring, for example.

I'm a mix between emulated games and various roguelikes - D4 and WoW work really well too (though WoW is a bit of a headache to set up a good functional UI).

I 100% Vampire Survivors and am currently playing through one of the first games I ever owned, FIFA 07. It sometimes feels like I am a child again sitting in front of the CRT-TV trying to shoot goals from the center-line. Good memories there

Diablo IV, Assassin's Creed Origins, Caves of Qud, No Man's Sky. Also a bit of roguelites like Isaac, Dead Cells, Vampire Survivors, and Brotato.

I'll probably try Zelda TOTK again soonish, because I wasn't able to get it to run correctly (or sometimes even at all. Reading the comments here, it looks like it improved.
