Probably both. They’re running A/C to cool nothing and burning diesel to do it, while still being inhumane on top of illegal.
Likely the staff will have access to an ACed room or something, the rest need to die of heatstrokes and dehydration.
Having been around these types of people, the ACed room is also probably miserably hot because someone high up likes to leave the windows open for no reason.

These idiots find an infinite amount of money in the budget and move at lightning speed to finish their hate projects but when you try to do anything that’s actually beneficial the people in this country they delay it and claim we have no money to pay for it.
