No more 1:1 GamePass conversion ratio (support.xbox.com)

Any remaining time will convert to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time at a ratio of 3:2 and be rounded up to the next full day. For example, 90 days remaining of Xbox Live Gold or PC Game Pass will convert to 60 days of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time.

Source? My 3 years Gold to Ultimate ends in September and I was hoping to repeat it.

The OP literally links to the source. It's now 3:2. May still be cheaper, especially when you get Live in eg Turkey.

Yes you are right. It's no longer 1:1 It was great while it lasted. Luckily I've just done it for 3 years.
