Seems like he's the only governor that read the part about defeating fascists through humiliation. I am not a big fan of his previous policies, but he is the only person that's even slightly left of center presenting any fortitude right now.
Left of center with regards to AMERICAN politics but very much center right by any other metric.
Still enjoying what he's doing though.
Newsome is firmly on the right, he doesn't touch center. Bernie and AOC are centrists. The only person even remotely on the left that has a national presence is Zohran.

It is so immemsely stupid that this is an effective strategy for both making non Trumpers giggle, and also just troll the fuck out of ....seemingly non sentient Trump supporters...
But then again, mockery has always been at least fairly effective against fascists, at least as a form.of rhetoric... hopefully this can at least buoy some morale to be able to translate into meaningful action.
I just find it incredibly depressing that this shit is what gets people interested in politics. It's no wonder our country is circling the drain.
