I knew this actor because of Northern Exposure.
Dances with wolves seems like a wierd one to tag him with. Wonder if it was the highest grossing he was in. I remember him from red green.
Not a weird one at all. It's probably his most well known role by far
His scene catering to racists looking to hunt natives in Maverick was Mel Brooks level funny. His timing and delivery was 10/10.
Damn, I just finished a rewatch of Reservation Dogs 3 days ago. RIP Maximus.
Damn. I just watched Clearcut the other day. Lesser-known title of his but extremely enjoyable psychological horror, set and filmed in Canada. It was a great recommendation. He was also great in lots of other movies as well as The Red Green Show. RIP.
I first saw him on Maverick in 1994. Last time was the Marvel TV show Echo. He was always great to see and 73 is still too young, RIP.
