I originally thought it was a Morgan, but then I realized the portlights were in a different position. Any guesses what this might be?

@FriedSoftShellCrab It might be a Gulfstar of some kind. The stern cabin portlights seem to match (though the cant of the stern doesn't). https://www.yachtworld.com/yacht/1980-gulfstar-44-center-cockpit-9522141/
