I'd really like to have some variation in my pizza but my tastebuds always make me pair some umami with either red onions or bell peppers. Sometimes I make a white sauce base istead of a red sauce, that's the most variation I make.
Looks amazing! What did you use for cheese? That cheese melt texture looks so good.
