In what world is the Wall Street Journal liberal in any sense of the word?
I mean, the actual international meaning of the word. But yeah, not in US usage of liberal vs conservative

"Liberal" in the broad, 19th century sense that some conservative parties still use it. And socialists, who regard it as broadly applicable to ideologies of capitalist democracy.
Maybe they'd prefer "Rightsizing the genepool to enable optimal economic performance at scale"
