I recommend against reading the article because it contains details of the toddler's injuries. It is heartbreaking.

I know prison isn't supposed to have secondary punishment, but... This man deserves a lot of unapproved justice.

It would seem the most fitting punishment is to make the offender endure through what he did to his victim. The ultimate goal is to teach empathy, which is apparently missing from him. And he's just another abusive billionaire so he can afford what is required.

The other punishment is to take all his money and wealth, enroll him in a program that strips him of his Identity and makes him start over as some poor chump, struggling like the rest of us.
