I’d like to get a copy of China, IL. So far I can only find it for purchase through Prime, but I prefer to self host my digital media. Torrents are oddly (but not really) a wash, so I’m definitely down to purchase physical media and rip it myself. Unfortunately I can’t find many reputable looking places that sell physical copies of the seasons, does anyone know of a trustworthy place I could find physical copies of China,IL?

The DVDs for China IL seasons 1 and 2 were sold manufactured-on-demand instead of mass-produced. They never made a DVD for season 3.

Got a useful suggestion of an indexer, then? I’m not throwing money at one to find out they don’t have what I’m looking for, I’d rather just buy DRM

Usenet-crawler has it, they give 5 free grabs per day. DrunkenSlug does not.

Edit: silly me, forgetting that fedivese communities are inactive enough that you need to start checking dates when you scroll down a community feed

I still appreciate you sharing this info! I was fortunate that another user offered me an invite to a private tracker, where I got it, but this could still be helpful information for another fan.

I have Drunken Slug and NZB Geek. Either actually works well and haven't missed on anything but the occasional 80s anime OVA.
