You will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with a non-compete clause (NCC) to access the source code. You will be able to self-host and use it for yourself and your family (personal use), but not distribute it or use it for commercial purposes, without our permission.
Pretty wild business model. Though I'm happy about another search engine where you pay with money instead of attention.

Nice. Up/down ranks are one of my favorite features. I also like that they flag domains with lots of ads and also domains suspected of being AI slop.
I definitely want a Kagi alternative! I need to check this out.
