Moderate transgender policy: we must accept trans people and gender diversity without risking bodily autonomy. The rough gender landscape of 25 years ago will be applied to the population completely randomly, and ice agents will be authorized to kidnap you for inpatient care if you're not meeting the expectations of your new assigned-at-lottery gender.
This is unfortunately becoming the dominant anarchist tendency.

All politics trend towards the dumbest possible version of themselves when nobody reads theory. Closed systems and all.
Every time someone uses identity as a bludgeon or acts without understanding, it gets a little stupider.

Most anarchist-curious people are also open to incrementalism. As long as you don’t get carried away bean counting within the lib system it’s not inherently defeatist
It is though electorlism is by definition anti anarchist.
I’m talking about libs that are open to actual forms of leftism. I personally see electoralism as harm reduction. Mind you I live in a feudal society and not an ostensibly modern democracy so my experience of politics and state power is probably different from yours.

What a bunch of bullshit, although the "spreading anarchism in the marketplace of ideas" is actually something we should do. Focus on the fact that anarchism is mostly about leaving people alone to self-organise and that as long as you aren't hostile toward us we can actually coexist. (Although we will absolutely criticise any archic structures). Most anarchist organisation is focused on prefiguration anyway.
After all if anarchism isn't possible then the liberals have nothing to fear.

I think the critique there isn't against trying to convince people that anarchism is possible, but specifically the "marketplace of ideas" framing. Because the "marketplace" framing kinda implies that our ideas are on the same level of genuineness, correctness, and backing by power as everyone else's ideas, which is clearly not the case, e.g. the fact that liberalism is the de facto and de jure monoculture in the West.
