The Obama deal was better than whatever nonsense Trump is gonna settle for, but are we really pretending that nations have the right to develop nuclear weapons? I don't even like the fact that any nation has them; no nation has a RIGHT to them. ALL nations having a right to them is perhaps more fair, but still just as absurd.
If there was a realistic plan to rid the entire world of nuclear weapons forever, I'd be all for it, but as long as war is seen by any nation as a valid way to achieve political objectives, there's no way to put the genie back in its bottle. Disarmament would simply leave everyone at the mercy of those who crossed their fingers. As it stands, non-proliferation is the only sane policy.
I sais enrichment , I didn't say building nukes. The usa intelligence said Iran stopped seeking nukes in 2003
