If I was a world leader when Trump asked for aid to fight Iran, I would have sent a pallet of adult daipers.
It is a well known & popular fact that one pallet of adult diapers is exactly enough to supply ~~Krasnov~~ Agent Dependable for half of one speech.
The reason the government is hesitant to release the truth about intelligent beings on other planets & dimensions is because they have the technology to become invisible.
This technology is used to not only hide his front centaur legs, but also for the hiding of the unfortunate celestial beings that employ this cloaking technology for stealthy-like mid-sentence dementia driven bouts of full evacuation.
