ICE hires from the dregs of society(degenerates, rapists, Domestic violences), not even employers like walmart or amazon would hire them, and htey hire almost anyone.
No, American Nazis are not just degenerates and rapists. This movement is formed and supported by all kinds of people. What is happening is not because small part of American population is violent. It's happening because huge part of it is racist. What you're doing is pre-seeding the excuses that will come later. "Americans didn't do it, it was the Nazis".

I like your optimism, but I would like to point out that most Nazis got away with it, even higher ranking ones. And that is only in part due to USA being pretty fascist themselves even after the war (see Jim Crow Laws, segregation etc.). How do you get rid of a mentality so widespread?
