Its certainly coming into the calculus, but the US has not spent much of their naval munitions, which is what is critical in the case of Taiwan.
But there will be a few blind spots. The US might not have the ability to attack the mainland facilities like they would need to interdict Chinese logistics.
Can't believe the county that can't produce anything is having munition shortage issues
