Interesting. If this takes off the decoy potential is, I think, one of the more interesting parts. High altitude interceptions aren't cheap, and a an old fender tied to a $50 balloon would be almost indistinguishable from one hauling a missile. Either shoot everything down or let them drift past and risk that one might suddenly deploy a weapon after its drifted out of range.
